To know how good the customer service is here, I drove from NYC to their shop to pick up a bike I purchased online. From the emails of scheduling a time to come to the service I received at the store , I knew i made the right choice. Colin helped me pick out everything i needed while going over the little details of the differences between different products and what is best suited for my riding style. I think i spent around 2 hours at the shop and was never rushed. My bike fit was also done by Zack, who was also very knowledgeable and very helpful answering all my questions with my new road bike. Awesome guys that deserve more recognition. It's as if they were one of my good friends who came to help me with my decisions. Thanks again guys!

I haven’t had a chance to take my bike on a good ride yet but plan to soon. But I’d like to review my experience. The guys who work here are so knowledgeable, helpful and personable. The service is impeccable. I was just telling a friend how the store has the best selection of bikes and accessories too. I had purchased two other bikes in the past recent years and only received a 30 day opportunity to bring the bike back for a free check up. At Holmes I was given a year. Wow! So happy my friend had told me about this shop. I will continue to brag up my experience to my cycling friends.

Not having been bike riders for nearly 30 years, we wanted to get active again. We visited Holmes Cycling just wanting to see whats out there. We had previously visited with other stores and didn’t get a lot of feedback for employees. Soon as we walked in Don approached us and asked if he could help us. We had an idea what we were looking for so Don showed us several models that suited our needs. He was extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He didn’t try to over sell us. After we left we looked a few more places, but it was obvious that we were most comfortable dealing with Don. So we did. What a great experience start to finish. Communication was perfect. And the sale went flawlessly. I would highly recommend Holmes to anybody looking for a bike. Thank you Don!

From the minute you walk into Homes’ Cycling & Fitness be prepared to feel the sense that you just walked into something quite different! Within minutes we were greeted, and it was not long that family feeling started to sink in. These guys are great (yes, it is just that simple), they answered all our questions. Explained things fully and helped guide my wife and I to the correct E-Bikes for us. I am a first impression guy and I have walked out of bike shops (selling Trek) that are closer to us because of attitude of the salesperson. Not a problem at Homes’ Cycling & Fitness. We will be back to their shop again soon!
