We're supposed to process a refund, instead the girl charged me for the item I was refunding! I told them I would like cash instead of waiting for them to put the money back into my account. Which can take several days. They refused. So they basically stole $85 from me and I have to wait days for my refund because of their foolish mistake. Awesome.
