I explained my last review how many things that went wrong on my last visit and someone representing the company actually replied "oof." Very unprofessional. Not even any acknowledge of the negative experience. I won't be returning.

Haven't eaten at Red Robin in years. Prices are much higher than I remember. Food and service were both good, but not a great value.

Was disappointed with the wait for the order to be wrong than how I ordered it, they brought out the wrong fries also, my food was cold, no cheese on it. I ordered it without a bun and it was on a bun which is just easy to take off but the dirty dishes were left piled on the table and had to ask someone else to refill our drinks. Our server Lauren was alone and taking care of too many people but she was super under the circumstances.
