Hi Shirley, Have you reached out to the Florida DMV or the local tax collector? You should be able to schedule an appointment at a tax collectors office and ask for that documentation. Sorry we do not offer this service.
IDignity is a nonprofit that helps people get their IDs or driver's licenses, or documents needed to get an ID or license - birth certificates, Social Security cards, marriage records, etc. IDignity provides these services at no cost the the clients. If you need assistance, please reach out to us through IDignity.org or give us a call.
Hello. IDignity can order marriage records for you. Please go to www.idignity.org to get directions and event dates. Thank you.
There is a list of what you should bring that can be found on our website in the FAQ section. Here is a link to that page: idignity.org/client-services/faq/
IDignity Orlando has it's open identification clinics once a month. They are held on the third Thursday unless our space is occupied, in which case we move to the second Thursday. You can find our dates and times at IDignity.org/events, but we are currently in the process of confirming our 2019 dates. So right now you will only see our December date.
If you have no documents, you are welcome to come to our next event and we will develop a plan to recover the documents you need. If you have any medical records, school records, military records, etc., bring that with you. You can see our schedule of upcoming service events at IDignity.org/events. I hope you can make it to an event soon.
The documents required to get an ID are listed on our flyer. You can access that at IDignity.org/flyer If you do not have these documents, bring anything that has record of your name: Medical records, school records, etc.
