This is a nice income based apt. Complex. No charges for utilities, lawn care etc. Nice staff. Laundry room. Meals available. Entertainment. Much better than dealing with the local crooked landlords. Check it out Jack.

My mother in law lives there and I think it's based off of your income so you will need to show proof and fill out paperwork to be a proved...You may have a waiting period not sure on that but she likes it there they have active things to schedule for fun and they've help with someone to come clean cuz mom has shoulder and knee problems so iits a good place

Why do the office workers not last long downstairs of gifford? Is it because of the bed bugs in their office area? 🤔

They do run your credit but no you do not need a credit report on you

Yes but if you have a clean apartment there should be no problem with you getting that back
