I have been coming to this Kia Dealership for about 5 or 6 years now. I have always been happy with how I have been treated and the deals I have gotten. I purchased a used Telluride on 9/17/2022, I worked with Sal Criscione this time and he was truly informative. He told me things about the Kia brand that no one else told me before. As usually it does take time to go through the process, but Sal was very tentative and eager to make me happy. I felt like he was truly genuine. He has called me several time to check on me being happy with the car or to see if I have any questions. He is very thorough. I am very happy with my purchase and all the staff at Kia of Wesley Chapel especially Sal. Thanks to you all.

Sal C, was a great help. Definitely will return. Thanks so much and will recommend to anyone. A pleasure!

Sal was a good sales person. Very helpful.

I'd like to take a moment to say what a great place Kia of Wesley Chapel is. Sal Criscione answered my questions well and treated me like valued family. I will most definitely be making next purchase here.

Yes I love my Kia Optima till I began to have issues like pulling teeth without anesthesia to get then to honor the warranty coverage. If you service your vehicle elsewhere that is cheaper keep all your receipts in your Kia car folder for your records
Yes they will work magic Just tell him you have 500 down and you may be able to come up with another 200 Never go to a car dealership and lay all your cards on the table bad news believe me they want to sell you a car more than you want to buy it
Need translation
Tawanda truth is there are a lot of factors that come into play but they definitely won't waste your time if you don't qualify. Can't hurt going down & checking it out. Worse case scenario you get info on how to proceed.
Depends how upside down. We were seriously upside down on our 2002 Escalade, but they worked hard and got us into a certified 2016 Soul with 12000 miles. We're very happy: with the Soul and how we were treated.
I have a credit repair program that helped a few of my customer get theirs off there report.
I don't understand the question, I don't have an account at Fuccillo.
I don't know who that is. I felt with multiple people
They are there to serve the customers that pull in. That is just a part of the sales job.
Ask for Kenny Ventura at Kia of Wesley Chapel FL...
I went there empty handed and they helped me a great deal... If you can pay they will help
She does commercials for BMW now.
Please go see Christina Latimer and tell her Yvette sent you
I have to agree with the rest here. For financed vehicles, that may be true - but it's only because they are going out 72 months on the vehicle and perhaps they can get a sub-prime lender to over-allow on the LTV because they give the lender volume. And only then, that would be dependent on how much would be the "fee" the lender charges the dealership to take the buy. I know Fuccillo is all about volume, so they probably make little over whatever the holdback is on the invoice. That being said, if you're 630 or under, don't waste your time going there and trying to lease their vehicles. KMFC has a tiered leasing program and anything less than 630 is an automatic decline. Period. For financing, because there are many lenders, both prime and sub-prime, lower scores are fine as long as the mechanics of the deal are decent to get conditional approval from a lender AKA LTV & DTI are within an acceptable range. In borderline cases, this is where the dealership's "influence" come in handy.
I'm agree with Kenny and Christy. I don't understand the question either.are you trying to say that after three hours of waiting there, they wanted your wife to co-sign for you? You never finished your statement or sentence. I'm just guessing the rest. But have a good day. 🙂🌝🇺🇸🌝🚙🚗🚘
Dont know we didn't lease.
YES!!!!! We are giving away a 6 day 5 night cruise to the caribbean!!! Any new purchase or lease.
Sorry but I don't speak or read Spanish.
Ask for Kimmie Pagan In Wesley Chapel!
Go to hugekiacredit.com and get an idea before you go. Ask for Kimmie in Wesley Chapel, she is awesome! 4 cars from her so far.
hugekiacredit.com You can apply online - only the dealership could tell you if you are approved.
613 isnt even good enough to get a usda home loan. Try getting a secured credit line and utilizing it for a few months before trying to get a car from a dealership. At least get your score to 675 and then give the trade in a shot.
Sounds like Jim Keeney got stuck with a poorly maintained Kia or an older model. Today's Kias are top quality. Get one certified, and balance of 10-year/100,000 mile warranty will transfer to you. As for Fuccillo's store, they'll bend over backward to put you in a car. See Used Car Manager Lou Ruffini or salesman Mr. Pat Gomez. Tell them Terry Lanning sent you.

Omg, they have several locations. Get a grip
I really can't say for sure, but I would be willing to say yes only because the customer service is so awesome....it's worth checking out..
I got financing though Kia Motors. If you go with amazing credit than expect the red carpet to be rolled out and you out of thier fast. If you go in like me with not so great credit. Well than expect to be in for a bit. I was thier the whole day. But left with a new 2018 Cadenza. Happy indeed.
Check with the dealer they can change the settings
Ask for Ken Ventura he wil help you...
Excellent Sales Customer Service and Great Service Department as well...
Very well
I don't want to advertise my own place but there are dealers that get you done easily
Don't bother. I drove over an hour after I was (pre approved). To leave with nothing.
Im sure you can buy the car, if your credit is good enough....but its not rolling off the lot without insurance, tags and a licensed driver...my sister bought me my car there, she added me to her insurance, registered it in her name, I have a licence, I drove away the same day...
They won't approve you or put you on the loan. You can't enter into a loan or a purchase agreement until you're 18. Your only option is for your sister to be the only signer on the loan and on the title. Sorry.
I recommend you go to Fuccillo...they are great and will work with you to the best of their ability
I didn't see Gloria or Billy or Carolina. Got a great deal on a Forte though
Unfortunately, no one knows the deals for the next or subsequent months, everyone in the dealership knows the deals on the first day of the month.
