613 isnt even good enough to get a usda home loan. Try getting a secured credit line and utilizing it for a few months before trying to get a car from a dealership. At least get your score to 675 and then give the trade in a shot.

This is my second Kia Soul...my car automatically locked with the keys In it and the baby In the car....luckily Publix attempted to break the window and fire rescue came....my door was opened with a crow bar .. thank god the doors were opened.
