Huge disappointment. My wife suggested this place because of great reviews on Trip adviser. The only thing here are bathrooms, a few picnic tables, a couple lackluster min-trails, and a non-discernible mound overgrown with weeds.

Underwhelmed No signs for explanation of site layout or history. Overgrown and not well maintained Sorry it what I saw there...

It was very quiet and peaceful and we met some park attendants who were very helpful and informative and friendly

Beautiful and peaceful. Great place to clear your mind and go for a hike.

It is an elevated area for a structure. Not a burial site or midden
As long as the park ok's it should be enough space
Ticks are usually present in these parks. Stay on trail and check yourself (and your pup) when you leave.
No, only the resident grounds keeper works there.
33 steps paced off walking the ramp. 67 actual steps.
No tent camping. There are covered picnic tables, bathrooms, and hiking trails. The park closes at sundown. Fees are a couple bucks per person and is on the honor system.
Because it's a state park that is an active archaeological site I wouldn't recommend treasure hunting here.
Yes, but the must be kept on a 6 foot or shorter leash at ALL times. Also, don't forget to pay the $3 entry fee or get your annual pass online before you go. And, like Patrick says don't forget to pick up the poop.
Check the Parks Website.
