I made the mistake of biking early morning on the trail (when there was still dew on the grass). Besides getting my shoes wet, the trail and view was amazing. Plenty of signs for direction and benches for relaxing too.

He is an optometrist here in Tally. My understanding is that he inherited the land where the park is and donated it.
If you're asking about the library branch on Pedrick, that's a couple miles away across Buck Lake. Head south from the library on Pedrick until the road ends, and there you'll find the greenway.
Anywhere along the wooden barricades on the right hand side. The left lot is reserved for horse trailers and personnel only. Hope this helps. Happy trails!
