Excellent customer service! Scott who works there ensured that I was comfortable using my new phone. An Android user, I switched to an iPhone for the first time in my life and had lots of questions. Scott was very helpful. A manager there also helped me resolve my situation, fingers crossed it will be fully resolved soon.

I have bought several phones from this AT&T Wesley Chapel location before. But the customer service I received from Jerry was top notch! Absolutely the best and most helpful sales person I have encountered! But they’ve all been good.

Went to att to upgrade from att prepaid to a plan. The guy who helps us was lazy, unprofessional, and didn’t wanna go the extra step to help us. He claimed he couldn’t transfer our att phone numbers to a plan because their was an error. The error didn’t say why and he didn’t wanna brother with it. He didn’t want to call support and suggested it will be faster to get a new number. I was very upset and was told repeatedly theirs nothing he can do. Which I knew he was lying. He just didn’t want to make the extra step. He couldn’t tell us our new phone bill will be. Anyways, we traded in our old phones to get cash back towards the new phones with the new plan we choose. A week later I get a message saying that we couldn’t get the cash back because we need to upgrade to a higher plan!?! The att guy told us what to pick , which plan to choose… And on top of that. He Never closed our prepaid account ! I only found out a month and a half later when I got the bill ! Our old phone numbers was still active and in used! I am highly upset in this store! I never had such a bad experience with att before.
