I paid off my vehicle early and was informed by Chase Auto Finance that I may be due a refund for GAP insurance that I purchased with vehicle. I have not been able to get any response from your finance team.

My guess is that it'll take a while to get the money. Or that there's something in the Gap that have been changed before you paid the money off. Check contract.
