Pets ARE allowed. Almost every single tenant here has a dog or two or three! Must get letter from Physician stating you need the dog(s) for mental/ health reasons. And supply the letter to mgmnt. Once you do so you are allowed to have pets. And also these apartments are not all low income. Some are regular income apartments.

About $1100 a month. They just raised rent a few weeks ago. Up $125.
