I've lived here for 22 years and I have never seen the grounds so trashy! They do not keep the property clean the way they used to and tenants just let their kids throw their trash everywhere! The new owners are raising rents by $90 which is outrageous considering the distressing times we live in😔 Don't recommend!

I’ve lived here for two years. The apartment complex is very nice and well kept up. But there are a lot of issues that really need to be adjusted here. If you put in a maintenance request, don’t expect to get it done soon. It will take WEEKS. The security is horrible. Ever since management and the new ownership switched, its gone so downhill. The parents that have older children here (ages 10-17) roam the whole place ALL THE TIME especially at night. They all sit on the playground area and overcrowd it to where the smaller children (which the playground is intended for), cannot play. They constantly break the fence around the playground and it’s never fixed. They’ll blast music and keep you up all night- even if you call security. Most of the people here now are really ghetto, and Its gotten to the point where I really don’t want to be here or feel safe. My sons room has gotten broken in to, and my car twice. Believe me the apartment complex itself is very nice, but everything else has just gone downhill. Avoid yourself the hassle.
