For the guy who was upset for not being accommodated after hours is a joke. It is for safety purposes that they do not arrange after hour business unless it is an emergency. Not only that but it is you and your wifes responsibility to make your own arrangements when looking for a rental otherwise buy your own home!!! Duh! I have rented here for years and have never once had a problem with management, maintenance or roaches!! Its called keep your place clean and you shouldn't have an issue!!

It's a typical apartment complex,. They do have a big cockroach problem, as most apartments do. They fix things on a priority basis. But, the maintenance people are cool. It's a quiet complex for so many tenants.

This place is quiet, safe, simce ibstarted living here nothing bad has happend and security is up 24/7 its honestly a great place.

I have relatives who live here & I visit them often. Every week someone's car is broken into or apartment is broken into. A man was seen casually walking through the parking lot with a stolen TV from someone's unit. The car thefts happen so often it is ridiculous. There doesn't seem to be any security on the premises to monitor what happens. Police are in the building several times a month. Overall not a safe place to live, especially if you are single and/or with small kids you are an easy target. Keep your blinds closed as people walk by and stare into your place to see what you have. If you have nice cars or are seen carrying expensive electronics into the unit just know it'll be a matter of time before you get taken advantage of. There is a reason rent is so cheap here.
