I moved in almost a year ago and at first I thought Park Sorrento was great, till my husband’s work truck got broken into. Twice! I thought living in a gated community was going to be nice but I’ve seen countless times homeless people walk right in. A few months ago we were told we would have security. I have yet to see someone. The very next day that was posted my husband’s work truck got broken into and expensive tools were taken. Every time we have an issue and call the office no one picks up. I have to walk to the office to talk to someone. We pay a lot of money for a one bedroom apartment to be dealing with some of these issues. We are currently looking to move out.

My experience at Park Sorrento has been great! From the beginning, Litzy helped me with all my questions and made the move in process so easy, smooth, and most importantly no stress! She has addressed all concerns and gave me piece of mind. Very grateful for her! The community is very serene, clean, and friendly.
