Hi Rosa, We checked and based on the information you provide we can't find a screen replacement to quote a price for the screen. This screen takes quite a bit of time, skill and effort to replace so we charge a bit more that normal. Labor is $120. If you will bring it into the shop so we can pull it apart to get the part numbers we should be able to get you a quote to approve or deny. The answer is a resounding maybe. If it's an older one the chance is greater but if it's newer you will probably have to take it to apple and produce a receipt showing your purchase to get them to remove it.

So it's hard to say what we can do based on the information you have provided but in general most laptops like the DV4 do not have upgradable video cards. We routinely make older laptops like the DV4 faster by upgrading them to SSD hard drives but if graphics are specifically your problem that probably won't solve it. That being said we could most likely add an external video card to your system to give you massive graphics power however your systems wouldn't be so much a laptop as it is now. My best suggestion is that you bring your system into the store and let us have a look and understand what you want to accomplish then we can give you the best possible solution.
