I'll never forget the day they went above and beyond during my time of need we had a mini Cooper and it was just dead had to call a towing service to get it to the closest auto place that happened to be this location at first they turned us down saying they don't even carry the parts to fix any mini Cooper right before we were about to head out with the tow truck this skinny guy runs out and says don't worry we can fix this I can order some parts and have it done in an hour I'll never forget that day as they not only saved us but our wallets too and so long as I live in this part of dfw I'll always go to this jiffy lube for any maintenance they offer they earned my undying loyalty because of that day they went above and beyond what they normally do solely for us so to answer your question without a doubt I would trust this place
Yes she can stay in the car while you get your oil changed. They're allowing people at Jiffy Lube get out of the car.
