Very very helpful associates. Soft spoken gentleman with the short dark hair whom I believe is the manager is an absolute delight. Very kind swapped out clearance shoes for the right size for me and just is all around super helpful every time I go in. Hes also there every single time I go in and is always working super diligently and can multitask like ive never seen before all while being very polite. Give him a raise or someone else will poach him lol

We bought a shoe in this place. But it’s little bit smaller. We went to the store to return it. They said they can’t return money only exchange. It’s a store policy. What kind of policy is this? They don’t even have a bigger size on that same shoe. I think the guy who deal with me is the owner of that store. He is there to keep our money and not for good customer service. Very rude person. So be careful and think twice before shopping here.

I went to Shoe Department in Hurst on 7/25. The shoes I wanted had a sale price tag of 19.99. Once I got to the counter to check out, the cashier informed me the price was 24.99. Anybody in sales knows that the price on the sticker is the price the product should be sold for. Especially by it being only a $5.00 difference. This store should train their employees to label the products with the correct sale tags.I definitely don’t recommend this site.

Expect to pay their "Sale!" price on everything. No coupons or any type of sales. Sales people are not even friendly or helpful.
