They have a lot of resources. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful.

They used to be really cool up here and help you out with resumes and other stuff. I went up there today and it was a TOTALLY different place. They used to have multiple printers set up around the room to print off whatever you need from a whole room full of computers. Now they only keep like 3 PCs on & have the ONLY printer behind the desk so that you have to go ask for each thing that you print off. I didn't want to log into my email so I had everything on a USB drive. I had some PDFs that I wanted to print off and bring it to a job interview. Every time that I tried to open or copy them, an error would come up and say that I don't have Administrator Privileges. I asked for help and the lady kept telling me over and over my files are corrupt and their system won't let you open corrupt files. Being in I.T. for decades, I know knew this was not the case. But the lady argued back & forth with me that my files are corrupt & I'm probably trying to ruin their network. I went a roundabout way to open Windows files as any tech savvy person would know how to do. Then sent them to the shortcut to open Adobe Acrobat. Problem solved! Then I printed them all out and kept trying to show her but she left the room cuz she was embarrassed (I guess?) Haha! Wow! No wonder it's so hard to get anyone to want to work these days. Even the place that's supposed to ASSIST YOU is making it damn hard! Definitely not helpful. I won't be coming up here again just to print off stuff. Not the same friendly place it used to be. A couple of years ago I would have given them five stars no problem...

I love coming to this particular workforce because they are very informative they have posters on the wall telling you that you can take classes to learn to be anything from medical assistant to a welder to customer representative or IT tech they have a lot of people that know a lot of things that help you in your adventure towards finding a new job or with the job you have or you can also send off faxes make copies of paperwork or go to your Google account or any account that you have and print things off I mean you do a lot of things here and there are multicultural. I do follow covid protocol.

Extremely impressed by the WorkForce Solutions Team. The entire staff went above and beyond to assist with my unique challenge. Highly recommend John and Team, it’s rare to feel that others truly care about your success in this day and age however the entire team truly does - 5 Stars!

Tarrant County has a re-entry program. 2300 Circle Drive FT Worth Tx..
You can always go to the unemployment office and there they have phones you can use free of charge
The people at the front desk are very helpful. When you go in, you will have to give your social and sign in for a visitor badge. I suggest checking out the MAPS classes. The facilitator helps discussion to occur and there is always at least one piece of useful information.
If you're asking to apply for unemployment benefits, they can help you by using a computer or you can simply apply over the phone.
