She knew that she was selling me something defective and and still have the nerve to reject and to deny me Of a refund of a purchase that happened < 2 hours ago. Disgusting. Is that how anybody deserves to be treated even if somebody purchased something that was defective and didn't have a warranty I did it the same day I called you the same day and you still treated me like trash. The switch up was ridiculous. It took me from Sept 22 to Sept 28. Calling the corporate office only to get hung up on by the woman who answers the phone, to the "team lead" who clearly didn't care, then to call up there everyday requesting only managers, being shot down daily until one day I finally spoke to the district manager...who won't care about you at all. As busy s.a.h. mother with 3 kids. To take time off from my kids to call to a place managed by this???? Say less. Will never. Ever. Yall avoid it. Go to EZ Pawn!!
