Over $1200 for this roach infested dump are you kidding me!? Man people are delusional. You know what we call this place here in Hurst? The roach motel. Always have. I pay 1075 for my big nice huge apartment now no way would I pay even more for this ahahahaha

The headaches and trauma people get from living here is insane. You can pay your rent on time, you can not make any noises, you can keep your apartment clean. But regardless you’ll have your heat and ac restricted whenever you actually need it, you’ll get roaches and fruit flies as if it’s the wilderness, and the office is never actually open during office hours. Also calling their number it’s impossible to get ahold of someone because nobody’s ever there. Good luck, future residents - Your money will be wasted here. Not to mention they check your mail at will and without a doubt won’t go out of their way to lock your mailbox. I’ve gotten several other people’s letters as well as came home one day to find my mail, and the mail of other people scattered about the yard in the middle of the complex on a windy day. Is any of this legal-?

Since wehnermultifamily took over the apartment has become a dump no one picks up the garage anymore when you put in work orders on their website an email shows they fixed the problem when they never did they also claim they can't afford any parts people needed to get there stuff fixed now their website is down so you can't pay your rent on time and when you try to pay with a money order you can't because they say they are open tell 5pm when they are already closed they close when it is convenient for them they don't care for the people living here .Also I found out that they only fix things in the apartment after you move out that helps no one living here it only helps them after they rent the apartment out they have to always have someone from the city show up before something gets fixed now there putting new things outside the apartment instead of fixing the things we need fixed in our apartments they don't take care of your roach problem know matter how much you keep your apartment clean. There is always mold in the apartments no matter how clean it is.

I have lived here almost 2 years and they only turn the air on 2 months it’s march and April and still no ac it’s like 90 to 100 inside they don’t fix anything and if you don’t want to renew your license they go up 80.00 month then they go up 100.00 month I don’t recommend these apartments to my worse person
