Went over to try to rent a truck and a trailer.I was never told that insurance company needed to send them anything. Then I show up to try to reserve the truck and trailer I need.And that is when I was told that information was needed sent. I was over talked by the guy behind the desk.Now I may have to buy a truck just to use for this job and also have borrow a trailer. Thanks for nothing. The vibe in side is very unsettling and dust is everywhere. If I could give a zero on the rating I would this has really put my family in a bind. Edit; I still can't believe anyone hasn't even tried to apologize yet. I live locally and now I know I will go elsewhere to spend my money. Edit 2: Saw the owner at the local gas station and thought he would at least say sorry or come back or I would hate to lose you. I was very wrong. He saw me and I have never seen someone run to a truck that fast. Kinda funny in the end seeing a grown man acting like his pants were on fire and getting out of the gas station like that. Don't be like me go into Springfield Mo for your rental needs.

Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Poor customer service and was made to feel incompetent. Went to Superior Rental and they hooked me up with exactly what I was looking for. After reading several reviews and after my first time experience there, the owner should look at the consistent pattern of the problem at hand. For the Rogersville/Springfield community, you can do better Wildcat Rental! Will never return and will only refer business elsewhere. Thanks!
