The wait was about 30 minutes. The workers were very kind. Make sure you check online and make sure you bring all the documents that you need.

To my surprise, I had no issues in the drivers license department. The expectation is that you're going to wait awhile, but I was in and out within roughly 30 minutes, despite there being two people ahead of me. Fast and solid service!

You go to the license bureau the cost is different for individuals.
I would call the liscence bureau and ask them. When you ask questions on Google Maps the questions pop up on phones, lap tops and computers of individuals like yourself who have taken photos, written reviews, or asked questions. Most of us won't know how to answer the type of question you are asking since we do not work for the liscence bureau. That is why you might get better answers if you call them.
I purchased my plates for two years and now have to change my residency to another state. Can I get a refund for the year that my plates are already paid for and I am not using them?

As far as I know as long as there is a date on the same document that has your current address and is less than 30 days old should be fine

They do them on Tuesdays and Thursday only on Shepherd of the hills from 9-3 or 9-4 I would call license office for exact address and end time but they begin at 9am

You should be fine as long as you dont go over 6 months past due. If you go over 6 months you will have to retest

You need a current paid property tax statement. Current liability insurance. The renewal mailing the MIssouri department of revenue sent you. A current safety inspection if necessary, only every other year, will be noted in your renewal statement.
