ServPro did remediation work for us following water damage from a leaking pipe under the house. The work involved drying out and cleaning the crawl space under the house as well as multiple areas inside. The staff was thorough in first checking all areas to assess what needed to be done. They were careful when moving our items to clear areas for work and put up lots of plastic tenting so that dust and debris were contained. Overall, they did their best to minimize disruption and make the space still safe and livable for us during the repair work. ServPro was prompt in contacting me and coming out right away to start work, accommodated our schedules, showed up on time each day, and kept us updated throughout the process. Everyone we dealt with at ServPro was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Servpro of Encino/Sherman Oaks helped restore my home after water damage from a roof leak a few years back. They were such a pleasure to work with then, during what would've been a much more stressful time. Now a few years on, I needed some paperwork regarding the damage restoration and Nora was able to help me get what I needed, almost immediately. Once again, wonderful to work with. While I'd hope most people wouldn't have to experience needing help to repair damage to their home, I couldn't recommend anyone more highly than Servpro.

Servpro was great! I cant thank KAT and her crew enough! Crew took very good care of my home and furniture securing every single piece to prevent damage as i had insulation replaced in my attic from a fire damage. They moved all my furniture During work and placed it back to It’s prime location when the job was completed with out me telling them were stuff goes. They were the so organized! Like i said this crew was on point !!!!! I can’t say enough about abraham, Alvaro, Nelson and Julio who were so nice, respectful, excellent workers and a pleasure to work with!!! You guys are awesome!!! What a great team these people make, i was so impressed of how they worked, from communication to being very careful with everything they handled inside my home. Thank you so much Servpro for such a great job.
