I've been with State Farm with since 1971 with the first auto policy. Since then I've included rentals, boats, more vehicles and Rita always comes thru. Yes, there might be cheaper policies out there if you search, but customer service is why I stayed... Good job Rita!!!

Really poor service and un professional staff, i switched my auto insurance as per their quote and information that was $40 less than my previous one, But after first month payment without any notice with same coverage they charged me about $ 150 more!? Once asked them the reason understand they forge upload some my document and they provided me wrong information, Really this office wasted my time and my money.
