Worst customer service ever. Never deal with them! Tried to contact them several times to fix my name typo on the contract and nobody respond! They just want to rip you off without any customer service!

Hires staff that is of no help. Asked a simple question about the recent airbag recall and operator states there is nobody around to answer the question. If what she said is true, Mercedes needs to reevaluate their hiring team. How can you employ people that have no idea on how to help a customer answer his question? Especially when its about a national recall. I expect certain level of expertise from a renown dealership, called "Trophy". I had called on sunday, but why are you open for business if you don't have properly trained staff to answer basic questions?
