Everything Collin said he did. After the demo was completed the room was spotless clean very impressive Also he educated us though the whole process. Sevpro should be grateful to have him

I am so happy making the right choice calling ServPro of Woodland Hills. It's awful times and everyone is trying to take advantage of a situation. I had a lot of water come through my skylight I was sick about it. Collin came in and showed me right where the moisture was with a instrument he used. He explained everything they would do to take care of the ceiling. Brandon was also part of the team to give outstanding service. The guys came in the next day and were so amazing the way they meticulously tented the area and covered everything, as well as when they took everything down. I was just so impressed! I have a black counter under all the work area and there was not one speak on it or my wood floor. We need more companies with work ethics like this!

You never think you will need a company like Serve Pro, until you do. I was very lucky to have gotten this office (thanks Diana) and the lead person, Collin. My insurance sent them over, so I did not know who would be arriving. They were patient, calm and knowledgeable. Communication was great, and clear. They worked around my schedule and showed up when they said they would be here. I recommend them highly. They care about doing a good job and it shows in all they do.
