RUN!!!! 100% a SCAM!!!! If you want your credit screwed up use this company!! They make broken promises, exaggerate the benefits, we were never able to use the "free trip", then they stop your auto payment without your consent so now a huge bill has accrued. They are not willing to work with you in anyway. Also, don't believe when they say the HOA fees will only go up a tiny bit a year... LIES!!!! It's like 900 plus and goes up about 100$ each year. Oh and Roxanne is a joke!!!

First off, know what you are going to before you go. It is a time share selling gimmick, which we knew and were okay with. My husband and I attended knowing what to expect and obviously weren't intending to purchase. The presentation was great and the staff were nice and they were great sales personnel, however.... The reason we purchased this time share was because of the "perks" that supposedly came along with it which included cheapest air fairs and anytime deals anywhere in the world that had an alliance with this time share company. This was the reason we purchased this. Unfortunately it's all a scam. NO dates were ever available for us to take advantage of this and saving a dollar on a flight isn't what they promised. It is a complete fraud. They call it something like "Anytime Getaways", or similar, but it was anything but "anytime"....Maybe if you scheduled years in advance you could get what you were looking for but that wasn't what they promised. They told me, and I asked specifically, that anytime we wanted to go on a vacation, we could go to these locations. Then anytime we tried, EVERYTHING, EVERYWHERE was booked or unavailable. Additionally, trying to get a hold of the sales people or even the staff to help sort out travel and dates is near impossible. This is a very shady operation which makes it very difficult to actually get service and help from. They disappear after they make the sale and don't offer any way to get assistance or clarification. The presentation sounds amazing but they really don't deliver what they promise in the presentation. Stay away. We are currently exploring legal options to recoup our money and cancel all contracts.

There "90 minute" presentation turned into 2 1/2 hours. The staff was kind and friendly, but definitely not worth my time. After I listened to their presentation, I also had to wait over 20 minutes to receive my promised gifts. Unless you are highly interested and ready to buy that day, it will be a waste of your time.

Not friendly, lots of lies. Applying huge psychological pressure. Rude. None professional. Use lots of psychological trics. Took all documents by force. They probably afraid to leave any documents with customers, might be due to some none-legal problems.
