Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! They do not have phone support. They delay answering claims. They MAIL checks. There's no way for them to direct deposit your claims check. When you combine it that time frame with the delay of simply responding to your claim... I do not recommend. Avoid! Avoid! Go with State Farm. They at least have customer service and a office that you can call. I hate that I found this company. The rates are very high especially for the low cost of insurance that you have. Avoid!

Love Toggle! My wife and I set it up temporary while in between houses. I could do/get everything online. Love stuff that I can do myself and don't have to call in! Plus they typically respond pretty quickly to emails/chats.

Such a reliable company. My girl friend lost her laptop and few other things. It was even out of country but they worked it out really fast and efficiently for me. Highly recommend them for renters insurance.
