Called probably 15 other shops around the HEB area and none of them had my car’s tire size and had a week or two out wait times or were rude with pretty high prices, Brian with Express oil change answered the phone and answered all my questions and had my tires in shop upon arrival same day, beat the competition in every category no bull. car straight on the rack got to work to get me out the door this is the place to bring your vehicle for sure.

My son and I have used this place for several years for oil change and state inspections. Today I brought my motorcycle up there for an inspection and they turned me away with a lame excuse, saying they would not have a bay available. Lame because a motorcycle inspection does not require it to be in a bay. Either they don't know how to perform a motorcycle inspection, or it wasn't profitable enough for them, or it's because I'm a woman. Went a block down the street and those dudes were cool. I will never return to Express and my son probably won't either.

Dipstick had broken off when I was 800 miles from home. This is the best and most helpful shop I've stopped at. Really did their best to get me taken care of.
