Turned away from doing the right thing due to out of state licence plates. NY state does not turn away my income tax due to out of state residence. This seems to be inconsistent policy and not in the interest of protecting the environment.

What is there to say about a place to take your garbage, right? Well there is a lot to say. These folks are the most helpful and considerate employees I have ever run into. Doing my monthly (ok so maybe every two months) garbage, recycling run is one my least favorite jobs... but I get there and they offer to help, they come over and do the heavy lifting and are all around cheerful. They make an unpleasant job pleasant!
