Garner Wallace provided excellent service for my boyfriend and me in tightening his Omega watch and untangling a tough knot in my necklace. They were super warm and welcoming and provided great conversation while we were waiting. In addition they were super fast! We will definitely be back, thanks again Garner Wallace!

This business made me feel welcome as soon as I entered the door, they answered all my questions regarding the history of my watch and were able to replace the pin that holds my watch bracelet together on my 1970’s Seiko 5. Upon further inspection I noticed they even gave my timepiece a slight buff afterwards. This is the type of business that has a small town feel because they really take care of their customers. Being in customer service for quite a long period of time I know what to look for and Garner Wallace blew me away. I will definitely be back!

This is a wonderfully friendly business! I came in with a broken pin on my very beloved watch and the gentleman working there had it like new within 5 minutes. I will be returning. Highly recommend!

There is no such thing. Rolex does not certify any other shop but their own. But we specialize in Rolex and have a master watchmaker on staff. We do all our watch repair on site...we do not send out. so your watch gets repaired in a timely fashion and for about half what you would pay elsewhere.
