I just think that they need to come out more n learn what going on around n help with supply to better the place i love it here being on a fix income is hard i have just enough to pay bill no paint floors r loose nobody want to cut grass n i been having snake crawl in my yard hope this doesn't get me evicted for speaking my mind

My family and I have rented on and off with alliance realty for the past 6 years but before we started renting from them they helped my parents rent their home out, and were as good to them as they could be. I’ve known of them a few years before renting .I can genuinely say that they are amazing!!! I can speak for myself when I say that when you pay your rent on time and don’t leave a property damaged that they will work with you and go the extra mile if needed. Don’t forget that when your trying to find a place to rent that they are putting their confidence in you and sticking their necks out there to convince the owners to allow you to rent from them, so when you make them look bad and they take the heat from the landlords what do you expect??? Any time we needed any kind of maintenance they were always one phone call away and Randy the maintenance man was always professional, and got any job done right away. I would absolutely recommend Alliance Realty to rent from. Because of them giving my little family and I chance we were able to purchase our very first home this year 🙏🏽. I will definitely miss them because the whole staff is truly a blessing and they are very kind, respectful and attentive to our needs. To all the staff at Alliance Realty, my family and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being so good to us all these years. God bless you all.

This place is very extremely rude and I will not conduct any business with them. Its their damn job to get phone calls about a house and they wanna complain when people do. Hope this company doesn’t do well in the Future. The Guy I spoke to “John” was very rude. One of the rudest people I spoke to about a house. And than out of anger wanted to spite me and tell me the house is no longer available. I will be calling corporate and letting them know every single detail
