I haven't had a problem with that, but I do know our signal is terrible and sometimes it takes forever to send even a text and data can be very slow. I've called them several times and they do all kinds of troubleshooting but nothing is ever resolved. But they still won't admit there is a terrible signal here. They insist its good and there's something wrong with my phone. I've had 3 different phones and still the same problem.

I have not had a problem that was not taken care of by them. You may have to be in contact with the main company to get it worked out for you!

Hi Nancy! I would check out the LG V40, it's the first phone with 5 cameras that all work together to produce the best quality photos. Give the store a call or pop in to see some demos and comparisons.

Yes they have prepaid phones and you can pay your monthly bill with cash only with a 1 dollar service fee.

The only info you need for a cash payment on pre-pay would be the name and phone number of the account. If you want to use a card, you would need their phone with you at that time.
