We drove 30 min to get the part we needed. We told Chip the part we needed. We showed him the wrong piece that we bought somewhere else. Chip brought out the 2 pieces that were correct and I was happy that we found what we needed. He asked what else we needed and made the sale. When we got home, 30 min away, the parts were not in the bag. I called Chip and he claimed that we had the piece that we needed when we walked in and that he was just giving us the connections that we needed to connect that piece. I can not believe that he tried to convince us that it happened that way. Go look at security footage! 8/23 4:00ish (He brings out two matching parts that had a triple connection.)Admit when you are wrong and apologize! It added insult to injury when he tried to convince me of BS on top of the 20.00 that I wasted on gas to get there.

So apparently if a product comes in broken or gets damaged the owners take $100 from employees pay ,if a product is damaged you would return to distributors for replacement but not hear they are making money on both ends .to take $100 from an employee who's trying to put food on the table and pay medical bills is horrible they should be ashamed, most employees not happy there
