They took really long with my order and then when it came out they forgot my two coffees and then I told them and they took like minimum 30 minutes to get it… and then I came again and the same events… needs new employees

What’s the point of ordering drive thru on the mobile app if they never let you pick it up through the drive thru? That and I’ve never gotten a complete order correct without a mess up at this location in years. Kids in the drive thru late at night too busy chit chatting to read an order.

Could have fooled me. I live in New Bedford but if I ever want to go to get taco bell food again... I will go to the Fairhaven store or the Dartmouth one.
Don't give them your phone number so they can't send you messages, lol Kidding of course. I honestly haven't seen the problem as I typically only use the drive through. I have never encountered panhandlers on the premises, including the car entrances and such. They typically remain by stop lights at intersections. The problem has definitely increased in both Fall River and New Bedford. It's heartbreaking.
