I would have given the place a five-star but apparently I have been there for 3 years. The reason why I wasn't there in 2019 is because of COVID. Well now that I hadn't been there for 3 years I have to re-register and start over. I'm considered a new patient. NOw I can't get an appointment for a few months. There should be an exemption for covid year. I've never heard anything so ridiculous in my life. I will be checking this with the insurance companies.
