Don't bring in a picture of what you'd like your hair to look like..cause unless you grow it out first they don't even try.. Don't go see any other stylists either cause then they will blame you for why you can't achieve what your looking for. Customer is never right... I paid for a Haircut plus tipped and all I kept doing was saying I'm Sorry..and feeling bad...wish I never went there... Don't talk to your customers like your scolding them..you wouldn't have a job if it weren't for your Clients!!!
