The general manager himself the day of this funeral home spoke very unkindly to me over the phone over price Jim you need to work on your attitude. You are a well known pillar in the Clayton Community and surrounding areas and folks need comfort and special care during these most difficult times. You have a wonderful staff just need to work on communication with families. After talking to other families that used mclaurin it was clear to me then why we got the unprofessional service we had gotten. They want be getting anymore of our business.
