The guy Chris was a little rude. I had came here to ship an item but ended up leaving after asking a question and getting the death stare and a sarcastic response.

I was there to send a shipment and return the spectrum modem. I missed to take the spectrum modem to the store and realized it only after I paid for the other shipment. I informed the representative that I will be back in a minute to drop off the modem and he said that’s ok. There was one more person standing near the door when I went out to grab the modem from my car trunk and I thought he was a customer. Within a minute I took the modem from the car and returned back to store. The other person was closing the door and I informed him that I was already there and went out to grab the modem from the car. But he was not ready to listen and waved at me to leave as it was store closing time. I understand that the store closes at 7.30 pm. But the associate who helped me with first shipment agreed to me when I said that I would return back in a minute. Had the other person checked with the associate he could have let me in. I will not be coming back to this ups store.
