I usually don’t do this but I believe my experience deserves to be heard. My Dad has ALS and was left with almost no motor control of any of his extremities. He was moving to Wyoming and had been with State Farm for 20+ years and I was staying in Texas. To make a long story short I needed my dads signature to transfer the renewals of his policy to my State Farm policy. However my dad could not write due to his deteriorating disease. Christina Wilson went above and beyond for my dad so he could transfer over his renewal credits to me. I will be forever grateful to Christina’s dedication and kindness .
