Probably the worst places I've ever lived in my life. I'll start by saying I really like the staff and management they are great. But the upper levels and residents on those levels are just straight trashy, like literally. There is always garbage, broken furniture, and shopping carts all over the place. The only assigned spots which are supposed to be covered parking are a joke and you have to pay extra for them. The elevator doesn't have AC and constantly smells and people let their animals relieve themselves, both 1 and 2, in the hallways and the elevators. I would have felt like I lived in a less trashy place living in a trailer park. The trash and broken furniture in the picture sat there for 3 days. Holiday weekend on not when you charge as much as they do things like this are unacceptable. Period.

I have lived here at the Arthouse for a number of years and I have enjoyed my stay here and I have no complaints!!! I have noticed some employees who have done an excellent job at all times. They are: Ashley - management Laura - management Margarita - housekeeping Byron - maintenace This is a great team of people and they seem to work well together. They make the Arthouse a great place to call "home".
