Left me high and dry after selling a poor mower. Offered me 1600.00 dollars for a mower that had less than a 100 hrs on it. Cost 5500.00. Dropped the line, so parts now are a world away. If you have to go there, " Know" what you're getting before you get there. Update 3 rs. later Hope Bruce see this. TE had a contract with Bright---------. Went out of my way and for free approached Bright--------- with a Company that actually does timely repairs/ and deliveries. Felt so good knowing Bruce lost out on thousands. Response" Actually you dropped the line of mowers, then offered 1600.00 dollars for a commercial mower that had less than 100 hours on it. And when I came to you for a mower that was the mower you recommended,. Didn't think you need to make up a story. But then again you are consistent with the way you treat your customers.

Love these guys! Dropped off my mower for some scheduled maintenance, while in the shop they noticed that a clutch and idler pulley were going bad. Immediately replaced for me under warranty. Thanks for being proactive and saving me from time and money down the road. Kudos to your employees.
