I have been living in 16 powerhouse for 9 months. From the very beginning , Kathy the manager was always responsive and honest about everything. Vince, the resident maintenance will be by any time of the day to respond to maintenance inquiries. This people treat you like family. It has been a privilege to get to live here.

16 Powerhouse is a lovely place to live. It is comforting to know that it is a 'green' building with great attention to detail. I love the fact that you don't walk down a hall but rather more in the open air. Plantings, appliances, and design are terrific. Kathy, the current manager, is very in tune with the residents and their needs. And Vince, our Jack-of-all-trades is great.

16 Powerhouse has been my home since August last year. I absolutely love living here and it's because of several factors. First, the location is incredible. This building is in the HEART of midtown. Everything is in walking distance from restaurants, bars, and entertainment. You do not have to drive anywhere. Second - the apartment itself is absolutely gorgeous. You will NOT find the quality of this building in an apartment in Midtown. It will appear to be comparable, but it is not. The quality of the materials are truly upscale versus the materials in most other apartments in midtown. The following is luxury grade, no carpet, Bosh appliances, and upgraded tile/counter in the bathrooms. The windows and light that come through makes the apartment stunning. There is one other building in midtown that is comparable, but the rent is two times the amount of 16 powerhouse while offering not much more. Also, the management is attentive to our concerns and seem to care deeply about offering the residents a five-star experience we expect considering the price and type of apartment (luxury). If you are looking for a luxury (real luxury) apartment that you will love and can call home, you REALLY should consider powerhouse. It will be very hard for me to leave this apartment.
