My vehicle was damaged during my last visit on Aug ‘22; Drivers side mirror and drivers door. Don’t go here unless your looking for negligence and poor customer service. Unfortunately, this review didn’t allow for “Zero” stars and I would highly encourage leadership to follow through with their commitments (Because They Said They Would). I’ll continue to share this experience on all platforms and during any engagement with family and friends until (corporate) discount tire corrects this event and fix the damages. I was actually instructed to get a quote for repair so their claims department could resolve the incident. They contacted myself immediately after Inwood Location incident and committed to having it fixed - here we are 60+ days later, $2K in damages still I repaired, and was offer $300 credit on my next visit lol

I haven't had great experiences in some discount tires (some not so pleasant sales men stuff) but this place is great!! I didn't feel mislead or pushed to do services I didn't want, honest about wait times and everyone was very nice. They were able to order my tires same day, called me and remembered me from that morning, so right away they took my keys as soon as I walked in to get my car in and finished it within 25min. Great experience here and will chose this place over the others, even though they stay busy. Rather deal with wait time and know I'll have good service.
