When I go into Dunlap Swain. I'm treated with respect and my vehicle is tended to quickly. I fix my vehicle myself most of the time except in hot weather or if it's something that I can't do myself. I love that the mechanics here complemented the good work on my car and they asked me who did such a good job. I said it was me and they were very surprised. 👍🏽😁 I do give them my business even though I can fix my own car.

The men here are always approachable and respectful. I usually feel very intimidated to go into a tire shop or mechanic shop because I get treated like I don’t know what I’m talking about. Dunlap here in downtown has the best customer service and fair pricing. Recently, I’d been to two tire shops before Dunlap and they told me my tire was fine. One of them even charged me for the air fill. But Dunlap found the screw in my tire and patched it up asap—they also don’t charge for air so I usually leave tip.
