Amazing customer service. Unlike most car places they didn't make me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about, extremely friendly and knowledgeable! My tire light has been on for a year and turns out all 4 of my sensors were out and my back tire needed to be replaced. I had just had it checked so he kindly showed me that the inside part was bald. Price was a bit higher for the tire but the sensors ended up being $30 cheaper each then my mechanic quoted me. I'll always go back just for the customer service! No lights on for the first time!

My vehicle was damaged during my last visit on Aug ‘22; Drivers side mirror and drivers door. Don’t go unless your looking for negligence and poor customer service. Unfortunately, this review didn’t allow for “Zero” stars and I would highly encourage leadership to follow through with their commitments (Because They Said They Would). I’ll continue to share this experience on all platforms and during any engagement with family and friends until (corporate) discount tire corrects this event and fix the damages. I was actually instructed to get a quote for repair so their claims department could resolve the incident. They contacted myself immediately after incident and committed to having it fixed - here we are 60+ days later, $2K in damages still not repaired, and was offer $300 credit on my next visit lol

Juan was extremely helpful and trustworthy. They didn’t try to upsell me or tell me I needed more than what I knew I needed. Definitely will be back! (But hopefully not too soon lol)

I rhinknanybreal American business should be able to afford to do a little something. If the margin can't hold 10%, do 5 and if that won't work. Then have something special to say thak you they can get that is unique to beings Veteran, and saying thank you.
It's a tire store.... they focus on tires. Masks are required but come on, it's a autoshop.
They probably don't check this page, but their page on Google maps tells you the most popular times to go there. Otherwise, I would call them to figure out a time.
