They probably don't check this page, but their page on Google maps tells you the most popular times to go there. Otherwise, I would call them to figure out a time.
They don't really require appt. Quite often, in the place I go (635:close to Saturn) there's not a a long wait. Even if u have an appt, at times, u might to wait. Guess hard to accurately predict the time element for each customer. But they sure do a good job! Guys there r also very nice & courteous
