I went for regular maintenance after getting back from a long trip. I was already several miles overdue so I was both excited and ready to get my car ready to go and feeling smooth. At the end of the service the tech said they only do oil changes and do not check or refill any other fluids. This is something that I always have done as part of regular service, so I was pretty disappointed to learn that I would need to go somewhere else to get actual maintenance. I haven’t decided if I will seek a charge back through my bank because of the hassle and the fact I know need to go somewhere else, but I recommend for others to seek more traditional shops for your car’s maintenance. (The reason I’m giving two stars is because of a previous service for brake pads. That was a quick and easy service, and the reason I chose to go back.)
