Trashy place, management and ownership are just taking advantage of people that are struggling. Cheated me out of a $1,000 deposit. That place isn't even worth a thousand dollars, clean up fee couldn't be more than $200 for this run-down hotel. Ashley, the deposit lady, is a thief. Management is in cahoots with her scheming ways. Stealing money for her Christmas bonus. I don't know how people like that can sleep at night. They do no good for the world. Just selfish, trashy people. The joke is on them, karma will catch up to these thieves.

Applied for an apartment after seeing online that they had a few units available. Got approved then never heard anything from them..called week after week after week ..I feel like I just wasted 60 dollars on applications ...its been over a month and a half or more since I got approved. Ended up renewing my lease at my current place across the street..I'd really like my 60 dollars back since I applied in March and its now May 5th and I didn't receive any type of help or even get to see an apartment..how do you get approved and literally hear nothing back from property management..at all.

These apartments are extremely over priced and the rent keeps climbing, there's no amenities either and there are rats and cockroaches both inside and outside the units and nothing is done about it. The only upside to this place is the management, Angela is so kind and caring and very willing to help

I saw ad for studio recently available but when I called to ask they said none available. They will take your application money and tell you an appartment should be coming ready next 2weeks just call us to check and a month later answer is the same probably next 2weeks. Keep checking. We saw 2 empty 1bdrm apartments and hear all sort of excuses as to why the apartment was not ready in 2 weeks or a month later.
